Salary - £19,500

We are looking for a highly motivated Commissions Analyst to work within our Business to Business Contact Centre, Poole.
Your main responsibilities will be to ensure the complete, accurate and timely receipt of commissions from the network(s) are achieved and required payments are made to CPWB Partners.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

BAU Processing;

•Receiving and formatting network financial files

•Processing disconnections and rev share/customer spend payments through the system accurately and in time with the payment run schedule.

•Processing DA payments and BCADs to partners and reconciling these with the network payment files.

•Weekly review of commission payments and clawbacks for weekly payment run process, feeding back any errors to appropriate team members, fixing issues and holding/investigating incorrect payments.

•Actively define opportunities for process improvements. Manage testing and assist with implementation. Facilitate delivery with minimum disruption to core BAU deliverables.

Network;

•Liaise with the network to ensure the timely receipt of files, subsequent loading and control is achieved for the commission payments.

•Troubleshooting data issues to facilitate effective data processing.

•Provide support as required for network meetings.

•Processing any manual payments from the network

Partner Liaison;

•Managing Partner queries (including query inboxes), to defined formats, timescales and service levels.

•Focusing on effective communication with partners to build effective relationships by email and over the phone.

•High standards of customer service measured by feedback and adhering to SLAs.

•When data errors delay payments, manage partner expectations and maintain payments to agreed schedule.

•Reviewing partners accounts for rev share and raising manual payments where necessary – ensuring this is followed up with claims to the network and reversals when payment is received.

You will need:

Essential:

•Able to deliver to tight deadlines on a daily/weekly basis.

•Ability to manage own workload along with being focused and a team player.

•Intermediate level for Microsoft Office and associated software.

•Good experience of working within a large volume of data in finance operations.

•Strong analytical skills, attention to detail and accuracy.

•Accountability, pride and a passion for customers

•Need for achievement & openness to change.
