A fantastic organization based in Weybridge are looking for a Brand & Portfolio Manager to join their team. The purpose of this role is to lead and manage the strategies and develop business plans for new product launches. This role will be working very closely with the Manager to ensure there is a fantastic delivery service at all times.

The role involves:

Managing the development of strategic brands

Work with the relevant stakeholders

Covering key strategies, objectives and development of programs

Lead and execute the business plans and monitor the delivery of the plans against KPI’s

Work towards budgets and timelines

Deal with the new product launches based on category trends, market and consumer insights

Develop brand strategies

Look into category trends, market and consumer insights, competitive reactions while taking into account regulatory restrictions

Develop and manage key relationships with relevant marketing agencies, external suppliers and internal stakeholders

To be considered the ideal candidate will:

Have a minimum of 5+ years experience in a similar position

Work well under pressure

Be a confident communicator~

Be flexible in their working approach and be a great team player

Have experience within an FMCG industry previously

Be educated to degree or A-Level minimum

Have excellent Microsoft package experience

Be analytical in their working approach.
