The Office of the CIO team work across the IT division to ensure we operate effectively and efficiently. We own and operate a number of cross-functional processes, including budgeting, cost control, governance and internal communications. More broadly Aldermore’s IT teams work across the business to ensure a secure and reliable IT infrastructure that enables everyday efficiency, an exceptional customer experience and drives growth. Providing excellence in technology, transformation, MI and IT innovation, we also develop solutions for business strategies, transformation and change initiatives. The Role;

To Co-ordinate and provide administrative support for governance and communications activities across CIO. Additional responsibilities

* Supporting OCIO Business Manager with definition and management of the CIO Governance framework.

* Collation of monthly reports and CIO inputs.

* Ensuring CIO SharePoint site, Org charts and tasks are up to date.

* CIO Communications plan and co-ordination of defined events and updates, both internally and bank wide.

* Review and update to the Business Continuity Plan and Business Impact Assessments, including annual walkthrough.

The Person;

* Knowledge and an understanding of Share point.

* Strong Administration and organisation skills.

* Good written and spoken communication skills.

* Accuracy and attention to detail.

* The ability to work on your own initiative.

* Tact and discretion when dealing with confidential information.
