The Office of the CIO team work across the IT division to ensure we operate effectively and efficiently. We own and operate a number of cross-functional processes, including budgeting, cost control, governance and internal communications. More broadly Aldermore’s IT teams work across the business to ensure a secure and reliable IT infrastructure that enables everyday efficiency, an exceptional customer experience and drives growth. The Role;

To Effectively Co-ordinate the forecasting, control and tracking of all payroll and 3rd party costs across CIO. Additional responsibilities include;

* Supporting OCIO Business Manager with budgeting, Controls and tracking of all CIO spend.

* Controlling Payroll spend through effective coordination of cost Panel, ensuring all cost requests are appropriately assessed, approved and tracked.

* Controlling 3rd party costs through effective co-ordination of appropriate controls and effective tracking of actuals versus budget.

* Approval of Purchase Orders and ensuring timesheets are accurately submitted.

The Person;

* Excellent Administrative skills.

* Strong experience of MS office, particularly Excel including use of the formulas, pivot tables and charts.

* Accuracy and attention to detail.

* Ability to work to deadlines and prioritise effectively.

* The ability to work on your own initiative.

* Potential to become a subject matter for cost accounting, methods and tools.
