This is a new role within a dynamic, rapidly expanding, local business who design and sell furniture.

Duties and responsibilities:

· Act as a point of contact for customers and suppliers and deliver excellent customer service

· Liaise with UK and overseas customers/suppliers via ‘phone, email and skype

· Monitor the sales order process and maintain/update internal tracking software

· Manage the sales ledger; invoicing, credit notes, payments, bad debts etc

· Raise purchase orders and confirm with suppliers

· Manage the purchase ledger and notify Director of payments required

· Monitor stock availability

· Filing & general admin

Skills:

· Ability to multi-task and change priorities in a fast-paced work environment

· Maintain accuracy whilst following procedures and processes

· Able to thrive in a busy office environment, exhibit a sense of urgency, flexibility and

maintain high work standards

· Microsoft Excel and Word to intermediate level

Experience:

· QuickBooks or other accountancy software experience

· Previous experience in customer service/sales and admin/finance

· Gmail and GDrive and associated G Suite modules experience desirable

Job Type: Permanent – 3 month probationary period

Minimum of 30 hours per week

Salary: Dependent on experience - £20,000 to £22,000 pro-rata basis
