Regional Sales Manager – Oil & Gas
Rosyth – Scotland
£35000 - £40000pa

Overall Purpose:
To effectively cover a defined area supporting a variety of industrial customers, With scope to cover the fringes supporting existing customers
Developing business growth within Existing Customers and opportunities to Targeted Customers.
Existing nominated customers and developing Nominated Targeted customers
Deliver Service & Spares Regional budget numbers and key performance indicators
Manage the consolidated Service & Spares business plan for growth.
Develop and maintain an opportunity pipeline
Create Budgets, forecasts and financial plans for Service & Spares business
Work with Suppliers to develop and support business opportunities
Key Responsibilities:
Consolidated reporting
Report monthly performance.
Produce a monthly report that shares relevant information on new target opportunities, Market & Competitor information.
Budgets
Lead and work with sales team in the production of their annual Budget
Work with the sales, tendering and finance teams and any other parts of the business to produce the required information
Strategic development
Prepare an annual business plan.
Work to create specific marketing campaigns, aimed at raising the brand awareness of Service & Spares business
Relevant contacts in relation to Key Responsibilities:
• Senior Sales Manager
• General Manager
Objectives & Measurement:
• Deliver the consolidated Annual Sales Plan.
• Deliver the Aftermarket Sales Plan (by category).
• Reporting material reviewed and updated monthly
• New budgets / forecasts competed within 1 month
• Develop the Annual Growth plan in line with new forecast.
Person Specification – Qualifications:
• Business or Engineering Degree/HND or equivalent experience.
• Good standard of secondary education.
• Safety Passport
• Driving License

Adaptable individual, flexible & self-motivated
A high level of Market & Commercial Awareness
Understanding of Value Selling Principles & Disciplines
Ability to motivate and influence others individually or entire sales team.
Able to determine sales position in relation to Group perspective
Able to contribute to, challenge and communicate with Senior Leadership Team
Highly organised with strong analytical and Planning skills and attention to detail
Ability to work individually or as part of a team

Good Verbal, Written & Computer Skills.
Person Specification – Experience
Experience working with strategic sales process and pipeline management
Good working knowledge with Microsoft office suite
Operating within a manufacturing / engineering environment
Practical experience and theoretical knowledge of Electro Mechanical applications.

Regular travel requirements to operate the functions of this role
