Becoming a Procurement Analyst with Trustmarque

As a Procurement Analyst, you will be responsible for pricing for all customer requests, maintaining system price files for “core” products and ensuring that the system pricing reflects our business requirements. You will also be responsible for sourcing additional non price-file products to agreed timeframes to ensure that best price and best service is achieved.

What you will do:

Responsible for the collection and import of supplier price-files to the CRM system as required

*

Liaise with Account Managers and the Partner Team to ensure that Deal Registration opportunities are communicated where possible

*

Efficient and timely resolution of associated procurement queries from suppliers, sales teams and finance department

*

Build and maintain professional working relationships with all suppliers

*

Support the Supplier Relationship Manager with the monitoring of key suppliers against their SLAs and KPIs

*

Manage and own return and cancellation requests, ensuring internal systems are updated where necessary

*

Manage back order report and resolve any issues which arise

*

Ensure that all orders are transacted at each period end and any delays are managed and reported

*

Maintenance of all Customer Agreements within our CRM system

Your skills and experience will include:

*

Experience in the Procurement Process

*

Knowledge and understanding of products and services

*

Ability to utilise all resource sites

*

Experience within an IT reseller would be ideal

*

Excellent time management and organisational skills, with experience of managing a demanding workload and conflicting priorities.

*

Experience of verbally communicating complex information precisely, effectively and with authority to both individuals and groups

*

Attention to detail with proven ability to analyse data

*

Maintain high activity levels with a high degree of accuracy

* See tasks through to completion and within agreed timescales

* Can collate/present information clearly and effectively

*

Good understanding of Microsoft Office with strong Excel skills

*

Ability to work well as part of a team

* Logical & controlled under pressure

* Self-motivation, confidence and initiative

*

Ability to learn and adapt new skills and processes
