Your responsibilities will include:

  • Responding to customer services tickets in a timely and professional manner, including minor complaints
  • Answering customer services telephone calls
  • Porting telephone numbers from other providers to Orbtalk
  • Processing account cancellations, including scheduling them in the calendar and cancelling the account itself 30 days later
  • Administrative duties e.g. distributing post and assisting senior staff as appropriate setup of new customers’ phone systems
  • Configuration of VoIP handsets
  • Taking support calls and raising tickets via our support system
  • Troubleshooting network, phone and phone system issues
  • Logging into customers’ systems remotely via our remote support software to fix possible issues
  • Following escalation procedures consistently
