About the Role

+ You will meet arriving and departing VIP private aircraft and charter jet customers. Escorting them to/from their aircraft, ensuring your service to customer and crew is always remarkable 
+ Building professional relationships with your regular customers and crews will be expected, anticipating their needs and continuously exceeding their expectations
+ A seamless customer journey must always be provided, you will discretely carry out passport, VISA and documentation checks, including flawless paperwork completion
+ You should work as a team with our security provider to make sure you deliver 5-star, quick and discrete security screening for customer, crew and luggage
+ Collaborating with all departments at our stylish terminal will ensure the customer and crew experience is faultless
+ Customers and their crew are our number one priority, you must log all key information and deliver an exceptional handover between shifts so the customer journey is perfect every time 
+ We have a fabulous VIP terminal at Luton, you will work with your team to ensure the terminal looks and functions magnificently

About You: 

+ You will live and breathe amazing service delivery. You should demonstrate to us that you deliver excellent customer service, constantly exceeding expectations and maintaining confidential information. 
+ Relationships with customers, crews and co-workers are essential in our industry, you should show your ability to build strong professional working relationships and go above and beyond for everyone you work with 
+ Driving our luxury brand people carriers, you will be required to escort customers to and from their private aircraft so you will need to hold a relevant and clean driving licence. Reasonable adjustments will be considered for those with a disability or impairment.
+ Our customers are everything and need us 24-hours a day, 7 days a week. Whilst your shifts will remain fixed and be provided well in advance, it would be advantageous if you were flexible in your working hours and willing to earn a bit of extra cash from working overtime occasionally 
+ Our customers come from all over the world, any additional languages would be an advantage for building relationships - although this is not essential so please still apply if you are not wonderfully bilingual!
