Temporary Accounts Administrator

Immediate Start for a four week contract

c£9.00 per annum DOE

The Company:

We are recruiting for a Temporary Accounts Administrator on behalf of a client based in Newtown, Powys. The company design and manufacture safety components and supply these to marine industry based customers across the UK, Europe and further afield. The company continuously invest in new technologies which enables them to invent new and exciting products to meet their clients bespoke requirements.

This is a temporary role which will typically be a 4-week period starting immediately

The Role:

You will carry out day to day Accounts Administration duties and assist the Accounts Clerk in all associated administrative functions.

Key Responsibilities:

* Posting invoices onto accounting system

* Reconciling supplier statements and invoices

The Person:

* You will be available immediately and for a period of up to four weeks

* Hold previous administration experience

* Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines

* Have good business and commercial awareness

* Be a team player, trustworthy, professional and friendly

* Possess good written and verbal communication skills

* Flexible working Hours: Monday to Friday typically 8:30 am – 4:30 pm with 30 minutes’ for lunch
