Well, an SME on Deansgate, Manchester is searching for a Service Delivery Team Lead / Manager. Someone to work with key stakeholders and clients, look at the process, manage incidents and ensure SLA is right for both the company and the client.

You will be given autonomy and responsibility to manage them as a Service Delivery Manager, working under the Service and Ops Manager, who will be there to help you progress. The career path is in place to take full control of all support functions and the service desk over 6-12 months after learning the way of their products and gaining a full understanding of their key clients.
