We require an enthusiastic, driven and self sufficient Sales Manager to develop sales with both new and existing accounts respectively.
 

We are a small company with an aggressive growth plan and the successful candidate will become part of this. The opportunity to grow with the business is real and the new Sales Executive will be able to benefit from bonuses based upon the growth of the business in the coming years and have excellent opportunities to develop a career into management with the business. We are also part of a major global enterprise so opportunities to further their career abroad is also realistic.

Who we are:

The company manufacture unique paint products, metal protection solutions and high-end internal and external wood care solutions. Our route to market is through specialist Decorators Merchants and Timber Merchants with a strong database of existing accounts. The Sales Executive will be tasked to drive sales through existing accounts, maximising the opportunity to deliver results from each partner. They will also need to deliver new accounts regularly and seek to deliver sales growth continuously through these partners.

Full training will be given and a three month probation trial will enable either party to decide on whether this opportunity is right for them. Experience within the Painting & Decorating market and Timber market is preferable but not essential as we are interested in finding the right person who is driven enough to succeed in selling no matter what the product or service may be.

About You:

The right person for this role must have good inter-personal skills, the confidence to sell to new clients, a determination to achieve their targets and the ability to do so. The management ethos is to trust their employees to conduct themselves in their roles efficiently and effectively and not to become domineering over them. This means that the successful candidate will have to be very self-motivated and have the ability to deliver results independently. There is a team here to support you in your endeavours and will be able to work with you as and when you require them to.

The OTE is uncapped so the more you sell then the more you can earn!
