Our client is a market leading retailer and manufacturer of modern and contemporary home furnishing products throughout the UK.
The brand is young and vibrant with sales on digital platforms continuing to exceed expectations.
This is an incredible opportunity to join their image conscious and innovative team in this luxury showroom based in Canterbury.
You will support the wider team in achieving store sales targets and provide an exceptional customer experience.
Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities
* Achieve sales targets through providing excellent customer service.
* Support customers across all channels; Store, Telephone, Email & Livechat.
* Provide best in class customer service and be an ambassador of our clients brand.
* Process orders and customer details accurately on the Magento platform.
* Support the strategic goals of the brand.
* Ensure health and safety processes are adhered to.
* Support the process of fulfilling customer fabric sample orders (centrally from the London store to all customers nationwide).
* Ensure the store is well-presented and on-brand at all times.
Key Skills
• Previous experience of retail sales essential – ideally within furniture
• Drive to deliver sales and achieve targets
• A genuine interest in interiors and furniture
• Understanding of the importance of outstanding product knowledge
• Strong team player
• Brand advocate
• A genuine passion for providing great customer service
• Results focused
• Good IT skills
Hours of work- 40 hours per week – Please note: three out of four weekends on a rota basis
