An exciting opportunity has arisen for a professional, talented and highly organised Client Services Executive looking to work for a prestigious company based in Edgbaston.

Working Hours are Monday to Friday 9-5pm but a degree of flexibility is required. They are paying a salary of £18-20k. Free car parking.

This company has beautiful offices, a friendly and positive team with a focus on delivering 1st class customer service to their clients.

Duties of the Client Services Executive will include:

Dealing with all front of house duties
Calling customers that have enquired on the website to see if they need any additional assistance
Exceptional telephone manner with a friendly and professional approach
Ensuring clients receive a professional welcome
Produce letters and correspondence
Making appointments for clients and rearranging where required
Managing database of client records, ensuring confidentiality at all times
Collecting and delivering internal mail to all departments throughout the day.
Collecting and franking external mail and dealing with any special deliveries and registered post

To be considered for the role of Front of Client Services Executive, you will have:

Experience working in an administration/reception position
You must enjoy talking to people and have the drive to deliver excellent customer service and want to go the extra mile for a client
Proactive, team player, able to respond confidently and professionally to the needs of the company and colleagues
Meticulous attention to detail
Outstanding communication skills, able to liaise with people at all levels
Able to work under pressure and juggle priorities
Fully competent in IT including Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel
