Kinetic Recruitment are currently looking for a temporary Admin Assistant to work for an established client in Gateshead on an ongoing contract.

As Administration Assistant you will report to the Office Manager.

Admin Assistant duties include;

Acting as the main point of contact for visitors and callers, including reception duties.

Assisting with project activities, compiling and analysing information as requested.

Assisting Human Resources Manager with payroll.

Assisting Contract Managers with job schedule planning.

Producing various reports via the systems.

Other general office duties.

Skills and Experience;

Excellent written and verbal communication.

Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.

Experience working with SLA's

This position is part time 25 hours per week

Monday - Friday 11:30-16:30
