Role: Implementation and Training Specialist

Location: Birmingham

Salary: £22,000 - £25,000 DOE

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Implementation and Training Specialist to join a leading organisation in Birmingham.

The successful candidate will be required to manage multiple tasks at one time with a high degree of accuracy.

Responsibilities: Implementation and Training Specialist

Act as main technical point of contact for clients during implementation
Working from the client provided documentation, you will need to identify the client’s requirements and goals and use that information to setup their system to suit their individual needs
Talk with clients as often as necessary to get a detailed picture of their business needs
Deliver quality training to clients who have had their systems fully setup
Travel to client’s sites on occasions
Work with internal teams including support and product development to address bugs or other issues raised during implementation
Delivery of the implementation and training services

Skills and experience:

Deep knowledge of how the HR system can be configured
Excellent IT skills
Excellent Personal development
Excellent interpersonal
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Excellent customer service skills
Previous customer support experience in an IT software environment is essential
