Swanstaff Recruitment is an award winning agency working on behalf of its prestigious client in audio-visual solutions sector who is currently looking for a dynamic Production Coordinator .The role is full time and offering an excellent salary package .This is an exciting and unique opportunity.

Key Responsibilities and Duties

We are looking for an enthusiastic, motivated professional to join our team as a production coordinator. In this role, you will maintain production schedules, and handle a variety of other tasks that ensure productions run smoothly. You will report to the production manager. If you are well-organized, self-starter & skilled multi-tasker who thrives in a fast-paced environment, then you may be an excellent candidate for this position. Creative development experience a plus.

Key Responsibilities and Duties

- Maintain all team correspondence and mailbox.
- Manage and QC all video content that the Creative Media team creates before it goes to the client.
- Assist with wrangling and prepping talent on set.
- Provide quotations for productions including equipment hire and external vendor resources as required.
- Direct liaison with clients and key project stakeholders.
- Manage scheduling and coordinating shoots.
- Assist the Production Manager with production process, project management and client contact.
- Assist Production Manager with general organisation and coordination as required.
- To edit small projects as required.
- To carry out any other tasks as and when requested by management.
- Maintain monthly Statistics and Metrics.

Person Specification

- Minimum of 2 year experience in video production or agency work.
- Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications.
- Sharp organisation and prioritisation skills.
- Knowledge of production, photography cameras and video editing software beneficial.
- Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, Premier Pro, Sound Track Pro and Digital Video Conversion. Knowledge of HTML a plus.
- Knowledge in Apple QuickTime and Flash video technologies.
- Able to remain calm in high-pressure situations.
- High energy level; able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Adaptable team-player; ability to work as part of a unit with global cross-coverage responsibilities.
- Display a professional and courteous manner to all clients and technical staff.
- Demonstrate interpersonal, oral and written skills.
- Flexible hours required.
