The Role: Finance Administrator

* Oversee the day to day fee invoicing, purchasing and ledger systems for the school

* Assist the Bursar with the monitoring of expenses and departmental budgets

* Reconciling the school accounts

* Prepare analyses of expenditure and budgets

* Manage the record keeping for parent deposits

* Deal with routine queries from parents in respect to fees

Requirements: Finance Officer

* Experience with SAGE 50 or 100

* First Aid training is essential

* Knowledge of SIMS

* Knowledge of the Microsoft package

The School: School Administrator

* Easily accessible by public transport

* You will be supported by an excellent and highly experienced bursar

* You will be working in a team of 4.
