The main duties would be data entry onto the Sage Accounts system (invoices, Purchase/Sales orders etc) with additional duties around invoicing and operations.

Our client is looking for:

* Bookkeeping experience ideally, although there is no requirement for a formal qualification

* excellent organisational skills

* thorough, with exceptional attention to detail

* computer literate

* experience with “reception type” duties (fielding incoming calls, meeting and greeting visitors)

* Sage Line 50 experience would be an advantage

* Outlook experience would be an advantage
