We are working on behalf of a long standing client based on the Hampshire / Surrey border.

We have a super opportunity for a ambitious individual who is looking for a company whereby they can develop their career within the financial services sector. This company is looking for someone who can work in a fast paced environment can work well in a team thinking quickly on their feet.

This role is for a financial administrator who is looking to take the next step. You will be working in the admin team and alongside the Paraplanning team supporting all aspects of the process.

For example:

New business apps

Letters of authority

Checking compliance

Valuations

Review diary management

Meeting prep for adviser

Money Transfers

Client contact written /phone based.

Working with the Office Manager you will also assist with any other Ad-hoc duties.

We are looking for candidates who have worked in the Financial sector before, this could be from a provider or a IFA environment.

You will have a good working understanding of Pensions & Investments.

You will have or have the motivation to complete your Diploma Level 4 or other relevant exams.

A positive attitude

Organised

Strong attention to detail

Ideally were looking for someone who has worked with provider platforms.
