Position: Site Operations Administrator

Location : Immingham

The purpose of the role is to provide on site technical administration support to the on site Reliability Technician and to act in the senior site person capacity. Also to act as cover for responsibilities of the on site Reliability Technician during absence.

Nicholas Associates Engineering and Technical division is recruiting for a Site Operations Administrator on behalf of a well known established mechanical Engineering business .The company sets new industry standards in performance, reliability, cost and service.

The Role

* Monitoring and analysing stock items and the provision to check the effectiveness in line with meeting the contractual obligations of the contract to include overseeing inventory

* Distribution of goods and facility layout

* Working out a strategy for improvements resulting in reduced costs and better MTBF and alternative methods of efficiency

* Managing day-to-day activities

* Analysing statistics and preparing reports

* Liaising with other team members

* Training and supervising new employees and tracking and measuring staff performance.

* Planning and controlling change programmes.

* Managing quality assurance programmes.

* Setting and reviewing budgets and managing cost.

* Updating and maintaining an accurate Online Asset Health and Site Survey applications for the contract to monitor and evaluate status and execution and ensure all tag information is correct.

* Responsible for administration tasks on site including but not limited to raising of purchase order and completion of works orders ,receipt and dispatch of goods.

* Assisting the Reliability Technician with component installation including measurement, pre-installation checks, installation, commissioning and operation.

* Assist Reliability Technician and Contract Manager making recommendations concerning reliability issues.

The Person

* Knowledge of rotating equipment, both practical and theoretical

* Knowledge of quality management systems and compliance.

* Continuous improvement methodologies.

* Cost and management accounting.

* Preparation of spreadsheets and ability to manipulate and analyse data.

* Excellent written and oral skills

* Exceptional professional telephone manner

* Experience of working in a customer focused role

* I.T Literate ,Competent In the use of Microsoft Office Package
