We have multiple opportunities available working for a global banking and financial services company based in Solihull.

This role is to assist the IT department to deliver documentation and assets as per policies and procedures. This will include but is not limited to: Administration, Stakeholder Management and communicating with internal departments. As a flexible resource, you may move between different IT project work streams and teams in line with business requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

* Varied Administration and Project tasks; documenting processes and policies, draft and format documents, plan and arrange meetings- create agendas and minutes, prepare reports

* Support the department in ensuring conformity to audit/compliance policies

* Stakeholder management: Working with IT colleagues across different teams, including interacting with Head of Departments and Managers, coordinating work across different teams and projects

Essential skills/ experience required:

* Experience within an Administration role

* Understanding of varied business functions and broad knowledge

* Ability to develop and maintain effective working relationships

* Good Interpersonal and Communication skills

* Ability to work in a fast paced and changing environment

* Accurate, thorough and well organised

* Problem solving skills

* Resilient and Adaptable

* Microsoft Office skills, to include; Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint

Additional Desirable skills/experience:

* Experience within a Project Management Office or Project Support Role

* Experience using SharePoint

* Competent in Microsoft Project and Visio

* Experience in Financial Services Industry or another regulated market

* Awareness of Project Delivery and Governance

* Excellent stakeholder management skills- including at a senior level
