Purpose of the role:

Reporting to the Financial Operations Accountant, you will be part of the Financial Operations Team, responsible for assisting with the day to day financial operations and other financial information.


* Assisting with the day to day financial operations and other key financial information

* Bank reconciliations and daily allocations

* Posting and reconciling of Intercompany transactions and balances

* Short and medium term cash flow forecasting

* Reconciling and monitoring key funder accounts including reporting to external funders including audit

* Other balance sheet & profit and loss reconciliations and nominal ledger maintenance

* Invoice processing

* Assisting the Financial Accountant with the preparation of year-end statutory financial statements

* Production of monthly sales commission statements

* Ad hoc tasks and work as directed

* Proactively managing workload to ensure all deadlines are met within month-end timetable.

Person Specification:

* AAT Qualified / Relevant work experience within a similar industry

* Good analytical and IT skills

* Advanced Excel skills along with proficiency in Word

* Strong communication (both verbal and written

* Excellent attention to detail, and comfortable with dealing with large bodies of data.
