An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Legal Secretary to join the Dispute Resolution team of a highly regarded law firm at their offices in Yeovil.

To be considered for this role you must have gained at least 12 months solid experience of working as a Legal Secretary within a recognised law firm and possess audio typing speeds not less than 60 wpm. Knowledge of Litigation matters may prove advantageous, but candidates with experience gained in other areas of law will also be considered on their merits

In addition to your superb typing skills, you will possess a fantastic telephone manner as you will enjoy extensive liaison with clients, answering queries where possible and passing enquiries on where necessary.

If you are the sort of person who prides themselves on their organisation skills and enjoys working in a fast paced, busy environment then this role could be just what you're looking for. It goes without saying that you will need to be IT literate.

Duties will include:

* Audio/copy typing

* Document production

* File and diary management

* Liaison with clients on the phone and in person

* General administrative responsibilities
