Office angels are currently recruiting a case handler to join a busy and expanding team based in Preston. Our client is looking for an enthusiastic individual who is confident in delivering a fantastic customer service and handle each case from start to finish. Working within a team, your role would be to

* In bound and outbound calling to customers and third parties.

* Maintain relationships and build rapport.

* Daily management of system driven administration tasks

* Be able to work towards KPI’s and have a proven record of this.

* Liaise with clients to collate information and update them on the process.

* To maintain a calm and positive attitude while speaking to customer’s experiencing a potentially distressing situation.


* Strong computer skills (Outlook/Word/Excel)

* Experience working in an insurance background (Preferred)

* Office experience (Preferred)


* Confident communicator

* Desire to always provide excellent customer service

* Ability to prioritise work and work in a timely manner

* Strong administration skills

* Able to work individually and as part of a team

Office Angels Preston cover the following locations: Blackpool North, Blackpool South, Fleetwood, The Fylde Coast, Blackburn, Burnley, Longridge, Chorley, Leyland, Bamber Bridge, Walton Summit and Preston.
