To drive the future vision and direction of the Mitrefinch product suite to continue to enable growth and innovation. Specifically focusing on our Time & Attendance and HR offering.

The Product Owner will enable creation of the best of breed products that sit at the forefront of the industry, while championing user experience excellence across the team and the wider business.

Key responsibilities

* Developing a truly creative product vision

* Ownership and leadership of the product Roadmap

* Ownership of prioritising the product backlog

* Observing, learning and analysing the current market

* Wider research outside of current sectors and markets

* Woking with User Researchers and UX Designers to aid in rapid prototyping ideas

* Working with User researcher to learn and understand how to engage with customers and end users of the product

* Continuous progress and feedback to be presented to all levels of the business

* Continuous leadership among all teams to deliver and believe in the product vision

* Working with Delivery to achieve agreeable estimates and accountable deadlines

* Participating in Scrum meetings

* Helping the wider development team to continuously improve their process

Skills and experience

* Significant experience working as a Product Owner, Product Manager or similar type of role

* Experience of working in an Agile environment

* Experience in working with software products

* Understanding of a release cycle

* Stakeholder management and leading requirements gathering & projects

* Leadership and tenacity for creating buzz around your product

* Proactive and love of a fast pace of working

* Ability to influence teams for buy in of ideas and features

* Ability to create and understand business cases for your ideas, cost modelling and business impact – articulating this at all levels

* Gregarious market knowledge and drive to learn and share beyond your product boundaries

* Use empirical methods to support and guide decision making
