We are currently seeking an Account Coordinator to join our client based near Eastleigh on a permanent basis. They are seeking an Account Coordinator to contribute to the commercial viability of the Power Distribution business.

Key roles and responsibilities will include:

* Ensure orders are executed in a timely and cost-effective manner and in line with commercial procedures maintaining accountability from order input to billing.

* Secure effective customer relationships by acting as contact on all aspects of the order and attending customer meetings.

* Ensure customer queries and complaints are resolved in a timely manner.

* Coordinate key commercial processes including credit returns, complaints and affiliate purchase orders.

* Monitor progress of forecast target and coordinate month end activities to ensure maximum sales and profitability are achieved.

* Coordinate returns and credit processes including updates of KPI’s

Key experience and qualifications required for this role:

* Educated to A level standard or equivalent with grades A to C in Maths and English.

* Previous experience in a similar role.

* Good IT skills including MS Office, particularly Excel and SAP would be beneficial.

* Excellent customer service skills with previous experience in a sales or marketing role.

* Good attention to detail.

* Have a flexible attitude with ability to adapt to a changing work environment.

* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
