Are you a Teaching Assistant, Behaviour/Learning Mentor, Learning Support Assistant or in a similar role?
Do you want to develop you teaching skills and take the next step in your career?

This role is working 1:1 with a KS 2 boy. We are looking for someone who has experience of dealing with challenging behaviour and/or SEN (in particular Autism and ADHD).

Ideally you will;

** An understanding of how to manage challenging behaviour and have the skills to implement strategies with support from senior team members.

** Be confident at leading interventions, one to one.

** Able to form relationships with parents/carers and other agencies in relation to the students progress.

** Have good literacy and numeracy skills.

** A positive impact on learning for primary aged children.

** Be innovative and highly motivated.
