Marketing E-Commerce Manager
MET are delighted to be recruiting this role from one of our key clients. A leading B2C manufacturer based in Huddersfield they are manufacture a range of B2C and B2B products. They recognise that 'Online' is a channel they are under performing in and are now looking to rectify this, starting with the appointment of an E-commerce Executive.
·Management of the Amazon business
oHands on maintenance of product listings including working with Brand Managers on the development of A+ content as appropriate
oMaximise sales conversion through optimising search, use of AMS, generating product reviews and through maintaining buy buttons
oBe the department Amazon expert, and provide necessary reports and analysis for wider Marketing and Commercial team
oProactively manage subscriber newsletters and customer communications for NPD and brand promotions
oManaging Amazon account administration (alongside a Key Account Sales Manager)
·Management of the Direct-to-consumer E-Commerce website
oManage and update content, range and listings to optimise user experience and conversion
oWork with Brand Managers to implement sales driving activity
oImplement strategies to drive reviews across all brands
oWork with Brand Managers to deliver integrated promotional plans alongside advertising, social media campaigns, seasonality and key events, ensuring consistency across all platforms.
oUnderstand, monitor and report on web traffic statistics, analyse and evaluate campaigns and make recommendations for future actions, e.g. SEO
oImprove digital presence across all Brands
oWork with the Brand Managers and external agencies on integrated campaigns to link all digital platforms and to drive conversion, including Facebook shop, Instagram shop tags, website buttons and links.
oAudit and manage Brands presence on external 3rd party retailer websites
·Stay up to date on all software and digital trends and share this with the wider team on a regular basis to aid digital understanding throughout the company.
·Manage and update corporate website
·Provide insights to explore other E-Commerce channels (e.g. eBay) and define strategy and implementation as required.
·Advanced numeracy and analytical skills
·Experience working effectively with Amazon
·Confidence and hands on experience with Google analytics and other digital analysis tools
·Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
·Excellent Commercial and strategic awareness
·Demonstrate strong attention to detail, verbal communication and written skills.
·Confident in dealing with people cross functionally and at different levels
·Experienced at working with external agencies
·Excellent time management, prioritisation and organisational skills with the ability to work unsupervised
