Our client is looking for a hard-working, experienced, results-driven PR Account Manager to join their award-winning marketing and public relations team, within Nottingham PR office.

Our client needs someone who can quickly slot into the role and make it their own; a self-starter who is passionate, dedicated and results-focused. This is a great opportunity for an ambitious professional who wants to make their mark in a fast-growing PR consultancy.

To be considered for the role, you’ll require the following essentials:

Excellent writing skills and strong attention to detail
An ability to form professional relationships and engage with relevant media contacts
Good analytical and reporting skills
Excellent understanding of current affairs, the media and social media
Budget and time management
Strong communication and presentation skills
Strong relationship building skills as well as people management skills
Outstanding organisational skills for all PR activities
Creative, energetic and highly driven

You will be brilliant at developing media strategies, identifying creative opportunities, and have a keen news sense, alongside an ability to write and pitch stories that secure standout print, TV, radio and online coverage. Social media will be second nature and you'll be confident to pull together content and assets for a range of channels and audiences.

Within this position, you’ll also be:

Developing and implementing campaign strategies
Planning account activity & ensuring work is delivered on time and to a high standard
Acting on media relations lead
Performing social media planning and execution
Copywriting including features, press releases, speeches, blogs and presentations
Liaising with partners and suppliers
Contributing to new business development, including creative idea input and pitch delivery

Salary & Working Hours

Salary is £ £23,000 - £30,000 per annum + Benefits

Working hours are Monday – Friday
