Are you an IT professional looking for a new challenge with a growing and innovative IT Managed Service provider based in the West Midlands?

You will have a keen interest in all things IT and have exceptional communication skills both verbal and written.

No day will be the same while assisting customers with quick fixes and more challenging problems, you will use your skills and knowledge to provide the solution.

Daily tasks will include -

- Incident Management

- Logging and recording all calls accordingly

- Assign and escalation of queries where required

- Customer service

- Troubleshooting & Resolution

- IT Service Management

- Working as part of a team

- Working to KPIs

- Attending training when required

The ideal candidate will have a working knowledge of Windows OS and Microsoft Office with experience working to an ITIL Framework and experience of Mobile devices and technologies.

You must be able to balance and prioritise a varied workload and have the ability to communicate to colleagues and clients at all levels.
