Are you looking for the first step in your procurement career? I’m currently recruiting for a leading business within the technology sector. The Assistant Buyer role is based in Manchester and will provide the successful candidate an opportunity to develop there career.

What will your day to day activities as a Assistant Buyer include?

* To work closely with key internal stakeholders in order to maximise procurement delivery across the business.

* Offer administrative support to the Category Manager and wider team.

* Resolve all procurement queries.

* Ensure all purchase order queries are recorded.

What will you need to be considered for this opportunity?

* Experience within an administrative, sales, procurement or purchasing setting.

* Excellent time management and organisational skills with the ability to priorities workload.

* An attitude that is keen to continue to learn and develop there procurement skills and career.

What’s on offer?

* Salary of £18,000 to £21,000.
