This role is working Monday to Friday and 1 in 4 weekends.

Job Role:

* Answering incoming calls and providing a high level of customer service

* Provide excellent complaint call handling service to clients

* Ensuring SLA’s and KPIs are met and maintained

* Updating system with call notes and any administration needed

* Ensuring that any complaints are thoroughly understood, reviewed and investigated solved effectively and efficiently in a timely manner.

Skills Needed:

* GCSE within English and Maths – C Grade or above

* Good numeracy and written skills

* Experience within a customer service call handling role

* Excellent communication

* Confident telephone manner
