A fantastic opportunity to start your career in IT project management. Learn and help to progress, implement, monitor and review projects with the potential to manage a small project through a complete project life cycle.
Successfully complete all modules, project work and case studies of the Associate Project Manager Apprenticeship Programme.
Ensure IT deliveries adhere to L&G governance standards and principals, highlighting risks, issues and ensuring business value realisation in line with the stated aims and scope of the business case.
Assist in the management of a high profile IT Delivery Portfolio and gain awareness of scheduling, resource and planning considerations.
Support IT Delivery managers by gaining a comprehensive understanding of key project types, stages and organizational structures
Provide effective updates and communication by continuously collaborating with Delivery Managers, Head of IT and cross functional stakeholders to support smooth delivery of project activities.
Ensure all projects comply with L&G standards and best practices
Ensure all projects have our customer at their core and align with L&G’s commitment to Treating Customers Fairly

Candidates must have an A level in any subject or a Level 3 qualification in a similar subject or hold an existing project management qualification
5 GCSEs A*-C including maths and english language
Approximately 8% of training takes place in a QA learning centre, with the remaining 92% being completed in the workplace.
