Accounts Assistant (Fixed Term Contract)
Area: Bolton Centre (Free Parking)
Hours: 20-25 per week (Days/Times Flexible)
Hourly Rate: £9.74
Our Client is offering an exciting fixed term contract. Are you experienced within Accounts and available for a long term contract? You will have excellent knowledge of on line bookkeeping packages and proven ability of reconciliation duties.
- Post bank and cash related transactions
- Process expense claims
- Reconciliation of the company’s stock records
- Bank reconciliation work
- Reconciliation of customer payments to statements
- Prepare quarterly management reports
- Process supplier invoices
- Analytical skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Well organised and able to work on own initiative
- Able to work to strict deadlines.
- IT Literate
