A&F Chambers are currently recruiting for a Payroll / Finance Administrator to join our client, a Gloabl organisation, to be based at one of their sites in Basildon.

This role is essentially a mix of Accounts Payable and Payroll so would suit someone who is comfortable and experienced in both areas.

Duties include but are not limited to:

  • Process invoices and reconcile supplier statements
  • Prepare payment runs for suppliers
  • Make payments using BACS or cheques
  • Process expenses and credit cards weekly
  • Bank reconciliations
  • Inputting payroll from start to finish
  • Raise invoices
  • Assist in preparing purchase summaries and reconcile supplier invoices
  • Collating debt
  • Petty cash
  • Produce debtor reports
  • Sales ledger transactions
  • Resolve all queries regarding invoices
  • Any other ad-hoc duties as and when required

Details:

  • Monday to Friday, 8:30AM – 17:30PM
  • Salary negotiable depending on experience
  • Full time, permanent role
  • 20 days holiday + 8 days bank holiday
  • Free parking
