A talented customer service assistant that has excellent telephone communication and listening skills is required to join the admin team of a well-established waste management and recycling company based in West London.

JOB OVERVIEW

They have a fantastic opportunity for a New Sales Rep who has strong communication skills and a good telephone manner to join their support team and start helping their customers get a higher, more professional level of service.

They are expanding their team and want to provide an opportunity for an enthusiastic person that shares their belief of the importance of providing great customer care with second to none attention to detail.

As a successful candidate, you will be trained in delivering top quality customer care across multiple communication channels, including telephone support, email comms and via various social media platforms.

Your role will range from inbound customer service and sales to general admin and office support, so you will have the chance to really get stuck in and learn about every aspect of the business. They are at the forefront of providing a premium waste management and innovative recycling service offering great care and professionalism to both commercial and residential customers and they are well loved and respected within their industry.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

- Your duties and responsibilities will include:
- Working enthusiastically as part of a team to provide quality customer support to new and existing customers across both their commercial and residential clients.
- Consistently put customers first by actively listening to them and building their trust whilst understanding their needs
- Deliver first-rate customer service where empathy and building a rapport is vital and will become second nature

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS

- You have a can-do attitude and are eager to learn from and work well in a team of like-minded professionals
- You are computer literate and confident at writing emails and working on a PC independently
- You are able to work well under pressure, in a fast-paced and energetic environment
