Lead Talent is keen to find a Marketing Manager; working on a part time basis and to join an “up and coming” Recruitment brand in the UK.
2019 is shaping up to be a big year for this company in the UK… part of a Recruitment Group originating in France, with a strong European footprint and emerging presence in North America. It’s a global business but independently owned, with no plans to change.
Entering UK two years ago and now on the cusp of big things. With a clear sales plan for 2019, marketing will play a critical part to this sales success and beyond. This is where you come in… reporting to the Sales Director you will join at the start of their journey to help create this new function, all supported by a global brand, however, you’ll be able to add a local twist around the country. You’ll be part of big thinking company with a family feel.
So, what’s involved:
You will take ownership of social media content planning, delivery and monitoring the results, reporting on all SEO
Marketing collateral creation, the written content is created, it’s now about delivering and maintaining the artwork by utilising your graphic design skills (proficient skills and knowledge of InDesign and or Illustrator, Photoshop etc) along with creating and stockpiling images.
Campaign management on a national and local level to both temporary workers and clients, creation of briefs and organising the timelines, and of course reporting on the results
Driving their value proposition and values throughout each communication channel
Managing the website content and driving traffic.
Supporting event planning, both big and small.
Its will be a very busy and varied role, it will utilise all your marketing skills and with this department being in its early days your role will evolve and grow as you do.
So, we’re keen to hear from individuals who are seeking part time hours but keen to build and deliver an effective marketing function. Days and hours (21-24 hours) to suit your requirements.
You will be able to communicate on all levels and understand the audiences you’re speaking to. You will have a flexible approach to work from being part of the strategy, alongside delivery the day to day activities.
You will have strong graphic design skill sets and a knowledge, passion and in-depth understanding of social media channels.
Ideally, we’re keen to hear from marketing experts who have worked in a business to business sales environment (recruitment sector experience would be ideal)
You’ll be based either at their Head Office in Manchester (outskirts) or in their South Yorkshire office in Doncaster, whichever is closer to you.
