x2 Service Desk Analyst - IMMEDIATE STARTWe are looking for two Service Desk Analyst to be based from our clients office in Dorchester. This will be a three month contract with likely extensions. 1. Significant experience of providing first line support to a wide

range of end-users, diagnosing and resolving issues as quickly

as possible

2. Significant experience of problem solving and incident

management within an IT environment 3. Significant experience of service order fulfillment within an IT


4. Significant experience of common IT hardware and software


5. Experience of delivering projects 3 or more years in an IT Service Desk environment

Accreditation to MCSE level or equivalent

Must have a full driving licence and/or* access to a form of

transport which allows the post holder to undertake the duties of

the role. (*This refers to any candidate who has declared that they

have a disability which debars them from driving) experience:1. An understanding of ITIL and Change Management


2. Microsoft Windows 7 and 10

3. Avaya Communications Manager (Telephone system)

4. Administering and maintaining SCCM/In tune (System Centre

Configuration Manager)

5. Excellent knowledge of Microsoft packages.

6. Administering and maintaining Microsoft Active Directory

7. Basic knowledge of other operating systems such as Linux,

Mac OS, Android, Blackberry Os etc.

8. Excellent knowledge of the most commonly used office and

desktop systems and products
