Your new employer is a financial institution based in Sheffield.

Your new role

Your new role will be to perform various administrative and clerical tasks. You will undertake a variety of activities in the office ranging from outbound dialling to customers to responding to correspondence. Other responsibilities will be:

* Updating records and databases with personnel, financial and other data

* Assisting colleagues whenever necessary

* Submitting timely reports

* Maintaining files and records so they remain updated

What you'll need to succeed

* Highly organised

* Able to work diligently to help maintain smooth office operations

* Reliable and hardworking with great communication skills

* Familiar with office procedures and equipment

* Excellent organisational skills

* Able to prioritise your workload and able to work with little supervision.

* Self-motivated and trustworthy

What you'll get in return

Your starting salary is £16,000, working days are Monday to Friday and working hours are 8:30am until 5pm. The companies location is highly accessible for candidates without a car.
