Exciting new opportunity to join a fantastic start up business in Norwich city centre
Seeking a professional candidate who has experience within Household Insurance

You will be part of a direct team who are responsible of the running of customer distribution channel
The role will be varied and there is a great opportunity to help shape the companies future

Key Accountabilities:

Providing expert advice to our customers through several media channels.
Building and maintaining business relationships with customers and external clients.
Discussing and assessing customers' current and future insurance needs.
Researching insurance policies and products.
Arranging insurance cover for customers with the insurance provider.
Keeping detailed computer records.
Provide innovative solutions for continuous business improvement.
Continually develop knowledge of the Insurance Market and keep up to date with the latest developments.
Preparing reports for insurance underwriters.
Advising customers on making claims on their policies.
Renewing or amending existing policies for customers.
Train and support new or more inexperienced members of the team.
Undertaking general administrative duties.
Supporting marketing services, and social media to attract new customers.
Be an Ambassador for our brand.
