What will you do?

You will be responsible for the delivery of Income Management, maximising income by taking prompt and appropriate action looking at innovative ways of increasing collection to recover debts, whilst ensuring a fair and consistent approach to customer care

Day to day

Your key responsibilities as Riverside Home Ownership's Leasehold Income Management Officer will include:

• Deliver the income management service for leasehold and rental activity across the group, in accordance with Riverside Home Ownership's policies, procedures and statutory requirements, ensuring that prompt and appropriate action is taken to recover debts

• Responsible for preparing, presenting of applications for possession, warrants and County Court Judgements (CCJ).

• To attend Court to represent Riverside in applying for Possession and Bailiff warrants and CCJ's

• Effectively manage the diversity of tenures included with RHOs stock portfolio and liaise closely with the Housing management staff in the delivery of the Income Management service

Does this describe you?

You have previous experience of working within debt recovery and have excllent communication and organisation skills. The ability to work to deadlines and muti task is essential.
