Change Recruitment have been given the opportunity to assist a financial service business based in Dunfermline (KY11 area). Due to growth within their business, they are in the midst of recruiting for strong customer service advisors to join a successful business within the banking industry, where you can progress and develop your career in an environment where their employees are at the heart of their organisation. The Role: As a Customer Service Advisor you will be required to deal with inbound calls from customers with general banking enquiries. What we can offer you as a Customer Service Associate: · Start Date of 4th March · Long term temporary contract for up to 12 months, with via of permanent position depending on business needs. · £9 per hour, weekly pay · Excellent training structure · Professional business with planned growth · Well established and solid team · Ongoing training and development · Working hours, rotational shifts, between 8am - 8pm, Mon - Sun, (8am - 4pm, 9am - 5pm, 10am - 6pm and so on - 35 hours per week) To be successful in this role, you MUST have: · No holidays within first 8 weeks of training · Strong customer service background within Contact Centre or Retail · Professional approach · Strong rapport developing skills · Good listener · Ability to work accurately and under pressure · Polite telephone manner · Confident speaking to customers at all levels · Good organisation skills · Computer literate, able to use standard PC packages · Must pass a credit check and criminal records background check If your skills match the full criteria above and you are keen to be considered, please submit your CV.
