ACE Winches has a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Credit Controller to join the team on a part time basis. This position will provide an overview of sales accounts and support the Purchase Accounts Controller in daily tasks and will organise the department effectively to ensure management of customer accounts whilst maintaining contact with active customers. The role will involve: Communicating with customers to resolve any payment issues Contacting customers to resolve invoice queries Liaising with internal departments to resolve any invoice disputes Supporting wider department relating to the expected customer receipts list each week Ensuring accuracy of customer receipt allocations in Sage Carrying out other related duties as necessary Candidates should have: Previous experience of working in a similar environment (Finance department, international trade and SME) The ability to operate on own initiative as well as part of a small team The ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines on a consistent basis Excellent organisational and time management skills including prioritisation of tasks Professional and effective verbal and written communication Experience of Microsoft Packages and Sage
