An established Client of ours currently has a vacancy for an accounts assistant to join their team on a full time, permanent basis in their Hendon office.

37.5 hour week, Monday to Friday. please read through the job description below and apply if relevant to you.

Your key responsibilities will be:

- Sales Ledger management (key part of this role so experience is essential)
- Purchase Ledger Management
- Creating accounts for new customers
- Raising sale invoices and credit notes
- Credit control management
- Managing customer queries via telephone and email
- Responsible for own administrative duties

Your key skills will include:

- Strong numeracy
- Excellent excel skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong team work skills
