This is an opportunity to join a small company based in Wollaston, Northamptonshire they specialise in Electrical / Mechanical Engineering along with bespoke Aluminium benches and Work stations.

Some of their key accounts include Electronics manufacturers, conveyor manufacturing, and British aerospace.

They are looking for a Bookkeeper / Office Administrator to manage their company accounts and carry out general office and reception duties.

This position has become vacant due to house relocation and is available for immediate start.

Hours of work are negotiable 20 - 40 hours per week can be arranged.

Responsibilities to include:
- Management of all accounting involved with running a small business, using accounting software Quickbooks.
- Financials management
- Managing Payroll
- VAT Returns
- Ensure accounts payable and accounts receivable are on time.
- To provide regular financial updates.

Office Administration:
- Manage daily office duties
- Working with excel and word
- Maintaining office supplies
- Process sales orders
- Assist with production schedules
- Reception duties to include call fielding, customer support among others.
