We are currently recruiting an Internal Account Manager to join a multi-award winning organisation on a permanent basis. Our client has offices based in Birmingham, Tamworth, Dubai and Malta. Salary is up to £24,000 per annum with an uncapped OTE £30,000. Part-time hours will also be considered.

You will be working from either the Birmingham, Great Barr or Amington, Tamworth branch. You will be joining a small entrepreneurial company who have ambitions to grow, my client is committed to providing outstanding customer service and is continually striving to improve their service. You will have a positive “can do” attitude.

As the Internal Account Manager, you will be:

Building relationships with new and existing customers and dealing with customer queries when required
Dealing with customer quotations, following up quotes and converting into orders to increase company profits
Sending brochures to new and existing customers
Gaining referrals and leads for new businesses
Visiting customers to demonstrate equipment when required and attending trade shows and events
Carrying out general administration duties

To be the successful Internal Account Manager, you will have:

Experience working within the transport or logistics industry, however, this is not essential
Good communication skills and be able to liaise at all levels
The “motivation” to earn money
You may have experience of the following: Sales Administrator, Collection Advisor, Telesales Assistant, Telesales Executive, Administrator, Sales Assistant, Bank Clerk, Retail Assistant and Customer Service Advisor

As the Internal Account Manager, you will receive a salary of circa £24,000 with an uncapped OTE £30,000 plus the following benefits:
