IT Service Desk Analyst / Support Engineer – Circa £25k + Benefits Package


Letchworth, Hertfordshire

A successful retail group based in Hertfordshire are looking to recruit an IT Support Engineer to join their growing team

The IT Support Engineer would ideally have experience of 1st / 2nd line IT and telephony troubleshooting or similar and problem solving.

Occasional travel to other sites across the UK including Broxburn, Scotland.

Role Overview

Support to IT colleagues across the organisation

Installation, configuration, backup & recovery of telephony systems

Monitoring of trends in data growth & performance and proposing strategies to accommodate/redress.

Maintain positive working relationships with colleagues and customers

Understand and adhere to the Company’s policies and procedures

Undertake the necessary training and skills development

Ensure that all works carried out are conducted in accordance with the Companies procedures

Salary: Circa £25k

Benefits: 20 days paid holiday which will rise to 25 days after 3 years continuous service, Company pension scheme, Life assurance (3 x Salary), Staff discounts etc.
