A very exciting opportunity is available for a Principal Infrastructure Design Engineer to join a large, multi-disciplinary company in their office in Plymouth.You will be joining a Civil Engineering team who deliver infrastructure design projects for industry, government and commercial sectors.You will undertake both a technical design and management position in this role, supporting and managing more junior members of the team while completing design s as well. You will also be expected to assist in developing business for the company. You will report to the Associate.You must also be able to provide a client focused service which results in satisfaction and repeat business.Minimum requirements:
    MEng/BEng/BSc in civil EngineeringIncorporated/Chartered Civil EngineerHighway/Pavement design skills including a working knowledge of Design Manual for Roads and Bridges (DMRB), Manual for streets and Local Authority Design Guides for Highways in Residential and commercial Estates.Drainage skills including a working knowledge of Sewers for Adoption, Building Regulations Part H and the SUDS ManualSeveral years previous experience in UK Highway and Drainage Design consultancies.Sound ability with Civil 3D, PDS or MOSS/MX.Knowledge of CDM regulations and duties.Sound and proven ability with WINDESSite supervision experience of civil Engineering projects.Full, clean driving license.The company are offering a competitive salary as well as a long list of benefits.
