The Pre-school is located across the whole of the top floor of our large buildings. We have a fantastic outdoor play area and enjoy the company of additional team members who deliver Forest and Beach School; P.D and dance; Sign and Explore along with many other activities provided throughout the year. This is the first time this position has become available for many years and therefore we are looking for a fun, friendly and energetic professional to lead the team and bring their ideas and creativity to the role.
The post requires extensive knowledge and experience of the EYFS; Curriculum lead; safeguarding; managing a small team of colleagues; respectful knowledge of the welfare requirements and a passion to deliver and lead an exciting and creative range of activities to enhance the children's development and experience whilst attending our setting.
We are looking to work with an experienced graduate who has gained an Early Years Degree and is looking for an exciting opportunity to work in a large established day nursery setting in Redland.
There are many areas of continued professional development that can be supported throughout our small group of three nurseries and we welcome new ideas and embrace initiatives and research that will enhance our practice.
